Pursuant to the transposition proposal of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, the following competent persons have been designated by the obliged entity Profinit EU, Ltd. as responsible for receiving and handling reports: Jana Vlčková and Pavel Kosina.
A report can be submitted:
– In paper form to the address Whistleblowing – addressed to the competent person, Profinit EU, s.r.o., Tychonova 2, 160 00 Prague 6.
– By e-mail to whistleblowing@profinit.legal.
– By telephone, Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at +420 722 987 707.
– In person, always following prior arrangement by telephone or e-mail.
The contents of the inbox and e-mail are checked regularly, and reports are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Anonymous reports will not be accepted.
The obliged entity excludes the acceptance of reports from a person who does not perform work or other similar activity for the obliged entity in accordance with Act No 171/2023 Coll., Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i), i.e. dependent work performed in a basic employment relationship, voluntary activity or professional work experience or internship.
