Ethics Line
If an employee or external collaborator has reasonable suspicion an action is corrupt or grossly damaging to the reputation of the PROFINIT Group, the employee or external collaborator should report this action to the e-mail: kodex@profinit.eu. However, null, unfounded, unsubstantiated or even defamatory and false allegations with the aim of personally harming someone are prohibited. The whistleblower is fully responsible for such claims and, given that they violate trust and work or business relationships and ultimately contradict the Code of Ethics, they may be sanctioned.
Employees and external collaborators shall comply with the ethics rules, actively support ethical conduct and participate in creating an anti-corruption environment. They are aware that the failure of an individual has an impact on the Company as a whole and shall therefore set an example for others. If an employee or external collaborator rightfully points out unethical conduct, they shall not be disadvantaged by doing so. Respecting the ethical rules is a matter of the employee’s or external collaborator’s professional honor. Violation of the ethical rules constitutes a breach of work discipline and the employment contract.
The aim of the Code of Ethics is not only its application within the PROFINIT Group, but also to support the anti-corruption agenda and honest business in the public and private business sectors in the Czech Republic.
